As we head into Fall & Winter, make sure those gutters are cleaned, the downspouts flowing, etc. A lot of damage to siding, sidewalks, and what-have-you get happens as a direct result of the overflowing water. While we don’t replace,(use AngiesList.com to find a reputable company for that) feel free to call us if you need a good cleaning!
We got a call from Chip and Naomi regarding their bamboo groves in the backyard. They were concerned because the bamboo had grown past it’s intended area and had invaded the vegetable garden as well as started lifting the bricks of the paver patio. We spent 2 1/2 days digging a trench to surround the bamboo, putting a root shield/barrier up around the bamboo and then filling it on both sides with gravel. We topped the gravel with an aged hemlock upon completion.
